Inchloss Detox Express ™

Inchloss Detox Express™ is Vitality Centre’s signature super cleanse. It combines advanced colonic hydrotherapy using the Harley Street Method with a green bean liver coffee enema, and also includes a 30-minute air massage known as pressotherapy.

Pressotherapy is delivered via a belt-like device that gently encourages blood flow to the gut and bowel area, helping to optimise the cleansing process.

The treatment also includes red light therapy to gently warn and revitalise deep body cells, delivered through exposure to our advanced far infrared lamp and the V-MAT Hot Amethyst BioMat Infra Red which is available to order for home use exclusively at Vitality Centre if you are interested in honing a self-care practice within your own space.

  Recommended Aftercare

Pre-care

• Eat a light meal two hours before treatment
• Do not fast for more than two hours beforehand
• Ensure blood sugar levels are stable and take any medications as normal
• Avoid the gym before your treatment and for the rest of the day
• Bring a juice or electrolytes for after your session

• Recent surgery (within the past 6 months)
• Colonoscopy scheduled within the next 4 weeks
